How to order
a commission

When my commissions are open, a Google form will be available for you to fill out. You are required to provide a source of contact info.

Please note that your inquiry will be rejected if the form isn't filled out sufficiently, and I won't always notify you when that happens. I can overlook when you miss some details, but you can't expect me to pursue you when little to no effort is made to give me the information I need.I only accept a limited number of inquiries on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you submit your inquiry too late to make that selection, I cannot guarantee your order will be accepted.Any inquiries submitted after that will be accepted based on my personal preferences.If your inquiry makes the cut. I will contact you within 24 hours to clear up any details and questions I might have regarding your commission, before finally moving on to the payment.

Terms of Service

I. General

By reading this document and showing the intent of commissioning me, you agee to the following:
💚terms outlined on this page.
💚keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement every time I send you an update.
💚ensure that you have enough funds to purchase any of my digital goods.
💚absolutely not file for a dispute and chargeback and agree to contact me first for refunds and corrections on your commissions.

II. Commission process

💚slots are granted through submitting an application, commission slots are not always guaranteed.
💚PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN INQUIRY FORM IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE RESULTS.
💚updates for the commission will be sent through Discord and/or Twitter.

III. Payment

💚payments can be done 50% upfront or in a payment plan of 4 equal payments (agreed to by the artist first).💚if the client chooses to be paid via payment plan then make sure that you tell the artist upfront so that the plan can be agreed upon and contract can be made.
💚clients will receive a payment link from the artist to make all payments.

IV. When will my commission be done?

commissions will be delivered WITHIN 4 months of me starting the commission. If you need the commission on a specific date, please inform me beforehand. This may incur additional charges depending on my workload.

V. Deadline extensions

If I am ever not able to finish the commission by the deadline, I'll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, I shall be issuing a refund.

VI. Refund policy

A refund can be issued when:💚no more than 40% of the total commission price if head XY, body XY, and/or illustration sketch is done💚no more than 70% of the total commission price if only mouth, eyes, eyebrows, and body Z is done. Or if lineart of illustration/design is done💚90% of the total commission if I haven't started the commission and/or cannot complete it due to grave reasonsA refund CANNOT be refunded when:💚the commission is more than 90% done💚3 weeks have passed since the commission was delivered💚2 weeks have passed since I made corrections and revisions to the final work💚the client has been sent updates or has access to the progress via a live stream but did not comment on the progress or claim to not have seen said progress💚the client has expressed false satisfaction💚the client has intentionally kept negative feedback and requests for corrections to themselves during the whole commission process💚the client needs the money back for other expenses💚the commission will be terminated after the refund. If the client decides to commission me again, they will have to pay the full price up front.

VII. Property and commercial use terms

Client:💚the client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions (ex: mama Nao Doragon, mama Nao)💚the client may use this model or illustration for commercial purposes such as streaming and social media graphics💚if the artist was the one who had illustrated and/or designed the model, the client is not allowed to use the Live2D illustration for merchandise. An additional fee will be charged in order to be granted this specific rightArtist:💚the artist has the right to use the work for their portfolio, promotion of commissions, and posting of WIPS. Disallowing the artist for streaming or posting anything about the commission will incur a fee that is decided on how private the commission will be. The fee makes up for lost marketing and inquiries💚if the artist has illustrated and/or rigged the model, they have the right to resale. This is applicable in the event that the client does not desire to use the chargeback, or if the client decided to not continue with the commission in the middle of the process. The artist also has the right to modify the model in order to make it fit for reselling. NOTE: This can also be applied to finished illustrations.💚The artist may modify the model/illustration in any way when providing model/illustration updates for a client. These updates may include changes in textures, clothing changes, facial features, and hair changes.💚The artist is allowed to reuse textures that are common to all models/illustrations e.g. bacground effects, glasses, accessories, etc.💚The artist is NOT allowed to reuse textures drawn by another artist💚The artist is NOT allowed to modify and resell an already completed model commission
